Almost exactly as you stated. A phone line was NEVER attached to any of the receivers. After I returned the boxes and was disputing their receivers charges, the same receivers they had in their possession and still charged me. You can look at my own report on Directv. I asked for definate proof that these adult movies were ordered. They said that when their technicians recieve the receivers, information is downloaded and that is when they say that they got the information that porn movies were ordered. I again asked for proof. They said that they had a technicians worksheet. I asked for proof. They said that "they" didn't make up things. I asked for proof. But added that Directv DOES make up things. No proof could be provided. They asked me how I would like to pay for them. I replied from the money or deposit of $200.00 that they have already stolen and would not refund. Phone call ended with me vehemently denying the porn movie charges. A few days later I receive a letter from Directv that they have credited my account and that no charges were due. (I am absolutely keeping that letter until my memory goes.) I DEMANDED THEY SHOW ME PROOF. Good Luck
