I SIGNED UP FOR DIRECT TV FOR $29.95 A MONTH. AFTER USING DIRECT TV SERVICE FOR 6 DAYS AND I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $59.95. I CALLED DIRECT TV ASKED, DIRECT TV TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT A $29.95 REBATE FORM IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE $29.95 A MONTH AND REBATE TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO FILE. I ARGUE WITH THEM ABOUT THEY DIDN'T SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE REBATE FORM WHEN I SIGNED UP FROM THE INTERNET. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER ENCHARGED ON THAT DAY. WHICH IS BETWEEN MAY 3 - 7. THE MANAGER REFUSE THAT THEIR FRAUD ADVERTISING AND OFFERED ME A $30 DISCOUNT ON THE FIRST MONTH. SO IT IS FREE I SAID. THE MANAGER REPLY NO, THE DISCOUNT ON THE REBATE ONLY. I TOLD HIM THIS IS AFRAUD YOU GUY ARE RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER SO I'M GONNA CANCEL MY SERVICE. HE AGREE FOR ME TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH EARLY TERMINATION FEE. THEN WE ARGUE BECAUSE ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT I CAN CANCEL MY SERVICE WITHIN THE FIRST TEN DAYS WITHOUT EARLY TERMINATION FEE. THEN FINALLY THE MANAGER LET ME CANCEL THE SERVICE WITHOUT TERMINATION FEE AND CHARGED ME $15 FOR THE PERIOD I USED THEIRE SERVICE ONLY AND WAIVE OFF THE $59.95 BILL I RECEIVED.



1 WEEK LATER DIRECT TV SEND ME A BILL WITH $466.20, I CALLED DIRECT TV BACK AND ASKED ABOUT THE OVER CHARGED AMOUNT, THEY TOLD ME THAT IS THE EARLY TERMINATION FEE. I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE FOR 5 MINUTES BUT COULDN'T SOLVED MY PROBLEM SO I REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AGAIN. HE TOLD ME THAT DIRECT TV NEVER SPOKE WITH ME BEFORE AND NEVER HAD THAT AGREEMENT WITH ME BEFORE. I WAS SO MAD I REQUESTED FOR AUDIO CONVERSATION MONITOR OF MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH THEM AND HE SAID DIRECT TV DIDN'T HAVE THAT SYSTEM AND HE EVEN TOLD ME THAT IF I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THEY WILL WAIVE OFF $466.20.



I DON'T KNOW WHO AND WHERE TO TURN TO. SO I'M JUST GONNA GO ONLINE AND REPORT THIS CASE HOPEFULLY SOME ONE OR COMPANY HELPS ME TO SOLVE MY CASE AND SPEAD THIS OUT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY GET RIP OFF LIKE. ME.
