DIRECTV REBATE RUNAROUND...READ ON... NATIONWIDE Internet
Five months of ridiculous battle with the most uncaring, inept, uninformed customer service "experts" on earth.Directv is playing rebate poker with customers...if you do not call their bluff-you will not recieve rebate.I have finally resolved my rebate fiasco-but its been a trip from hell.Same scenario...no form in mail...downloaded internet form... recieved standard memo that I was now not eligable.
Do not call 1-800-494-4388-when they were stumped,they simply hung up!!! Try 1-888-297-0945, a different call center. I asked repeatedly for number to this mythical rebate division-and was supposed to believe that they couldnt provide it.B.S.! Everyone, here is the number that finally produced results,1-800-824-9081. I must say, other than the rebate mess and terrible phone help, I enjoy my service,and wish everyone luck...
