Complaint Review: Dirt N' Dune - Kettle Falls Washington

My name is Shawna, one of the owners of Dirt n' Dune. I originally filed a Ripoff Report against Brandt Studios in July 2007 - please read it - it is report #263719. The report above is just an attempt by Glen Brandt, owner of Brandt Studios to try and get back at me for the report I filed on him. 10 months after I filed the original report, Glen Brandt filed a rebuttal saying that the Rip-Off Report had posted a bad report and that this was filed by his competitor. That is a lie. We are not in the business of art design in any way. My company sells ATV (off road) related items. We hired Brandt Studios to create a logo for our company and made the mistake of paying him first. He states in the other report rebuttal that he has 100% positive feedback, but that does not include our company. If we received what we paid for then we would have his logo on our website, but I had to hire someone else to do it. After Glen Brandt filed his rebuttal I sent him an email (as we still would like our money back). I told him that if he would like to refund our money now that we would post that on the Rip-Off report so that people would know that he made right with the situation. But if he still did not want give us our money back (since we still have not received what we paid for), that I would post that on the Rip-Off report to let people know he is a liar and a thief. His response?? He called that "blackmail" and turned around and filed this Rip-Off report on me. I can't say why - but he seems evil and has lied and stole money from our company. We paid him to create a logo for us and he did not do so. We made the mistake of paying him first - and we have learned from the situation. I did not file a bogus report against this company - why would I waste my time doing so?
