I had them install my new cabinets in June 2013.  The day my cabinets where installed began all my problems. I got over charged on the install. The installer was incredibly rude and it took months for him to complete his job after a lot of threats. Now I cannot get the actual company to resolve my warranty issues (bowed doors, worn finishes, bad hardware). I tried contacting Sollid Cabinetry only to be told to talk with Discount Cabinets. I tried dealing  with Jeff and Josh only  to end up no where. Tons of false promises.  I have tried BBB only to receive no replies from both companies. Looks like I get to hire a lawyer to get warranty work completed or for them to buy me a new kitchen. I wish I spent the extra $2000 to go else where and get better cabinets.

Discount Cabinet's customer service has honestly gotten worse since my last report, even though I have been working with their new customer service representative Julie.  The only reason I have gotten any type of semi-resolution has been because I have been in contact with Sollid Cabinetry's representative George (Discount Cabinet's distributor).  Even with his help he has been unable to convince them to finish the warranty work.

Discount Cabinet's finally sent someone to my house on 4/15/14 (remember they were installed 10 months ago).  I have now been waiting over a month for them to come back to my house and finish the warranty work.  On top of it, one of my doors they said was not a warranty issue came back scratched and one of my drawers has a crack in the back. How this happened is beyond me; but instead of providing excellent customer service, they gave me attitude and fought me on the remaining issues.  Now I am either getting the cold shoulder with via email or worse, they are giving me false promises about coming to my house to fix the small remaining issues.

I am giving them one more week then I will be getting a lawyer.  I'm tired of their horrible customer service and being treated like I'm a whiny and overbearing customer.   I just want to have a functional kitchen, bathroom and laundry room that looks like the way the way it should.  Is that too much to ask for in a year's time span?  I guess so for Discount Cabinets.
