Well, for some bizarre reason, Dish sent me a second check, this one for $57 - so they had now paid me a grand total of $74 against the $249 overcharge. Then, last week, AT&T called me and verified my receipt of two checks and told me they would deduct the balance from my next bill and they apologized for how long it took. SO... i still fault DISH for crappy customer service and not taking care of the problem, but i am totally happy with the end result. Thank you AT&T
