moved out of last residence because the owner is facing foreclosure. Now we live in a wooded area and Dish Network can not get a line of site as stated by 2 of their technicians. Called dish to cancell & they state that I have to pay for the cancellation fee. They state its not their fault we moved, i said "well it's not our fault the owner went into foreclosure & are you going to find a place for my family & I to stay?" I would of thought that because they can't provide the service that the fee would be waved, we are not cancelling the service on our own.
