dan posts on here as if hes going to help you. hes not. they only do it so it seems like they have some level of customer service. people dont buy in to the bull sh*.

Hello! My name is Dan Busa with DISH Network's customer service department. I read your post and would like to apologize for the price increase, it looks like this went into effect just after you signed up.Our contract does state that programming and pricing are subject to change, this wouldn't just bedone in a verbal agreement.This would be on the paperwork signed when the install was completed. Also when you sign with us if you opt to pay the activation fee you can sign up without an agreement.
