I see you posted September 14, 2015.
When I called these two companies (Lavish (877) 426-4730 and Neudermis (877) 426-541-0130), they told me that I had been given 14 days to return the merchandise. I saw this nowhere on the site from which I ordered the trials.
Call your credit card company to have them negotiate for you. After calling these two companies and being given small partial refunds, I called my credit card company who negotiated a bit larger partial refund from one of the companies (Neudermis). Still dissatisfied, I filed a report here on RipOffReports, the Better Business Bureau, and a government agency concerning online sales. To my surprise, Lavish posted a full refund, and Neudermis refunded the amount negotiated by my credit card company. I still paid $4.95 and $3.95 per what I agreed originally, and had to pay $22.20 of remaining ripoff amount from Neudermis.
Much good luck to you. And I am sure you learned a lesson as I did.....just don't click on anything online that is selling something.

Ok first, whenever a company processes a payment for you, it costs them money to allow access to the software in order to get your payment to their bank. Because of your error, they submitted your wrong payment information to their bank, who in turn processed it and returned it and Dish probably was charged a fee. This charged was passed to you and you're upset about it? If you would have just called your bank and confirmed the routing number then no problems would have occurred. Every company discloses an online payment agreement which you probably agreed to without reading, which states the fee for any returned payment, NSF or banking error (doesn't matter), and also states that you will probably be denied access to online payments if there is a problem with any payment submitted online. This isn't a ripoff, it was your error that caused the problem.
