Dish Network suspended the channel 842 without notice to the customers. I called and chatted with a customer service and they indicates that they don't have news about it before the suspension.

When I called after the suspension, they don't have answer to do that.

I'm a customer that I have a contract of 18 months, and they indicate me that I must pay the cancellation fee. They indicate me that I must paid 13 motnhs and 20 days becuase my account is from June, but this is not true, because my installaltion was made in MArch 4, but they incorrectly associated this installation to my previous account on Dish. On May 25 they moved my account to anoter account (creating a new one)

However, thousand of customers in US sent emails or made calls to TVCHILE and the channel includes a public letter on the website (http://www.tvchile.cl/publicacion/fichacontenido.php?idc=3067)

Basically the letter indicates

"Dishnetwork unilaterally cancelled the transmition of TVCHILE because they need space on the satellite for High Definition channels, because this type of channels require 3 normal channels"
