Dish tv Lost promotional pricing from suspension Nationwide
dish lures you with promotional pricing and the installer has you sign a contract which has no reference to losing the promotional pricing if you suspend service.
now dish states that since I suspended service at my vacation property that I lost my promotional pricing even though I had only used 1/3 rd of the time
the signed written agreement says that suspension increases the time of the agreement and says nothing about losing promotional pricing so they modify the agreement without putting it in writing.
