Dish Network expects it's customers to be INTERNET SPECIALISTS!! A great big scam!! Dish will not disclose the things that their internet will not do like online gaming. You would have thought when I was asked about my usage of the internet and who used it?? They would have said oh by the way you can't use x box with our internet service beings you have a teenage boy in your home. After finding this out on our own I called them less than 24hours after installation. First of all it took four customer service reps to tell me what i had already discovered. Second the young woman supervisor was more interested in listening to our recorded ordering session then listening to myself or my hudband explain our issues. Three days later the same woman phone stalks me unti l pick up tickled on the other end to tell me thay online gaming was never discussed so we are stuck with 49.99 a month or 24months x 17 dollars early termination. No other options no apology and a very happy snickery brat on the customer service end. And I'm not kidding when I say she phone stalked us 7 days a week 4-5x a day!!!! So Dish Network I've researched the internet for complaints and wish I had before I agreed to your crappy service.....wow.. consumers think your a rip off...shocked!! I feel the same way. I will gladly pay the near thousand dollars to rid of your tv and internet services to never deal with you personally again. I will also post and tell everyone and internet sights I can find to tell my experience with you. To the customer service lady, I mean rude little girl.....grow up!!!
