Complaint Review: DishNET - Nationwide

This month I have used up my entire 10 GB of data in just 10 days. This has never happened before.

I looked at the modem and noticed that the send light is flashing continuously, even with my router disconnected. I am 100% sure that the modem is defective and is using up all of my data.

The following morning I purchased some additional gigabytes of data and left the router disconnected throughout the day. At 8 p.m. I checked my data usage on the mydish.com website and it has used up half a gigabyte of data all by itself!

I called Dish broadband support and explained the situation. He said that the modem was behaving normally and I have used up all of my data by watching YouTube videos. That is total BS.

I did some research online and I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I am going to file complaints with the BBB and DATCP, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. These crooks need to be put out of business!
