I Don't Know Why not respecting Indian Goverment and using consumerhelpline Indian government website spreading false thing to misguide things and spreading #Scam
You have to learn cheat and Fraud how can you easily from @dishtvindia even they not mind whether its Government Portal https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ Even they can't respect the india.gov.in they are just looting the customer . even they not respecting the words what they are saying , One more I just came to know that all the Customer Care person are using single name there is no Sir name [Just amazing ]
On 19-Sep-2018 My Dish Connection showing 301 error when I called Customer care that told Me RS 200 charge , I was Ok with this . First they doing fraud on the TV ads showing DISH TV technicians but in reality 3rd party technicians they are sending . For the cost of 200 . 100 RS go to technicians and 100 Rs go Dish TV . Moreover its a not thing But according to India Government No company fooled the customer by showing misleading Ads .
1] The So called technicians Of DISHTV , Can't able to open the screw and my problem not solved , When I checked back DISH TV guys told me LNBF is defective & I have to pay . No test done by technicinas and he is not skilled how to check now Dish TV start weeping on Call by call you have to pay . This time I don't know DISH TV company runs on 3rd party . No responsible person .
2] My concern is I am paying regularly why should I pay for defective piece deliver by DISH TV . Also How can I believe on 3rd party technician having no assicaition with DISH TV sent by DISH TV

& after a long discussion , I had decided to close
my connection and I asked for my 3 months refund On twitter and over a phone call DISH TV agree , Even they send me mail for refund but they asked for 100 RS recharge When I sent mail again they unable to explain me . But I got a call Name Nagma She told me If you 100 RS DISH TV refund my amount with in 5 days .
4] After paying money I sent mail again to <[email protected]> , After 10 Days BACK when I didnot get refund . I mailed again I got call & they told me 200 RS more recharge .
5] I had mailed on 23-SEP-2018 In Which I clearly stated Close my connection and refund . Also So Nagma gives wrong into [I have voice recording what she says ] Also my liability for 4 days only .
6 ] Story is not over When I lodged complaint on #IndiaGoverment website they DISH TV So called lady replied there is no fund . I have DISH TV statement In Which Clearly mentioned 997 INR in my account . Have a look tweet Which I sent to #DISHTV
