Dixie Home Crafters Please stay away from this company. They do crappy work and do not help you at all. My million dollar view is now hidden behind this hideous windows Atlanta Georgia
I have a million dollar view covered behind a million traces of mold window that cannot be cleaned :). This company installed 4 casement style Dixie Super window thermal with tripple pane glass filled with crypton gas between all panes. There was supposely a 50 year warranty on entire window, it's been 6 years since the installation and the windows are filling up with an ugly black mold between the tripple pane. It is impossible to clean them as it is inside. Now my million dollar view is almost totally obstructed by the black mold covering almost the entire window and it gets worst every day. I try to contact the company regarding this problem but I did not get an answer from them. Please stay away from this company. They do crappy work and do not help you at all. My million dollar view is now hidden behind this hideous windows.
