Dixie Kitchen in Lansing Illinois------------Owner Karen Sheets Poor Service and prejudice Lansing Illinois
We were invited to Dixie Kitchen by some church members and had the worse experience ever, the dishes were dirty and the service was very poor. we got there and we had to wait 1 hour even after our reservation time. after being seated we had to get up and ask to be served water and their jimmy cakes, then about twenty mins later the manager came over and asked if anyone came and took our order?
She Karen Sheets was rude and disrepectful because my 90 year old grand mother could not make up her mind about chicken or fish my cousin asked ms sheets to please come back and she stated she didn't have time and if we didn't like it we could leave.
The wings ere cold and the gumbo had raw/uncooked cold shrimp in it.
