This part was damaged in the process of trying to install. We are not responsible for any damages caused by your mechanics. We have sold over 10,000 parts since 2001. Everyone who returned our parts in the condition they were shipped to them has recieved refunds or replacement parts. If anyone need references from our company, please call. This customer claimed the part we sent was wrong. We asked him to return the part for a full refund. However, they tried to install the part by altering the wiring. We clearly state that if a part is damaged we will not take it back. We have been in business since 2000. We have sold over 10,000 used parts over the years. We have thousands of happy customers.
