Five week ago, I had the opportunity to see Don Burnham on the Main Stage at the learning annex in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I was impressed because he said that if any the audience members made the decision to join his next three day program TODAY, that he would personally give each student two things. He held up 5 1000.00 coupons and said that he would give us 1,000 for each and every deal that we did (Via his organization) -later to find out that there is a one percent surcharge on ANY deal done through IAI.

He next said that there would be a deal that we would be able to complete by the end of the next three day event in just two weeks that he would personally teach.

All for 995.00

So, We paid the money, this money was not easy to come by, but we figured that if we paid 995.00, that we could get in in his deal where we made 70,000.00 like he promised.

We went to the event at the Hyatt Last week and it waa total joke. There was no deal. It was one big sales pitch for the next seminars.

The deals that were promised did have some merit IF you were willing to invest another 40,000 and the 10% down on this deal of the century (Hilton Head Island) that totaled 25,000.

So, with our dreams of being real estate investors shattered and getting sick of hearing how much money he made and that we could make if we attended all of his programs, we mentally checked out.

This is a complete scam and a waste of money.

One last thing, the first thing that they do when you wak into the room is have you sign a disclosure that eliminates the liability for them. Fortunately we have a copy of the full disclosure and will post it on this site. (This is where you find out that they take 1% of every deal) and they are not liable if it goes bad. You will not believe this disclaimer that NOBODY read.

And to conclude, you give them your name, address and social security number and they PULL YOUR CREDIT RIGHT THERE. They told me I had a 770 FICO Score and I could borrow 3.6 Million Dollars through their FUNDING DIVISION. And the people with the 800 FICO scores were paraded around like trophys for all to see. If your credit score was bad, you barely got any time at all.

So, never ever buy this program. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM and a Rip Off that is going to bow up.

I have no idea how the Learning Annex lives with themselves outting this an on stage.

We are very disappointed to hear that this student was not satisfied with IAI's three-day training. The Learning Annex only wants satisfied students. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students for over 28 years. The instructor referenced in the post, Don Burnham of IAI, is one of the more than 50 instructors who teach at our Real Estate & Wealth Expo, including Donald Trump. We guarantee all classes at The Learning Annex and work very hard to resolve any concerns regarding any of our instructors at any time. We cannot identify the author of this post, but if the student contacts us at [email protected], we will be happy to resolve any issues. At the Learning Annex, we only want satisfied students. Period. Guaranteed.
