Signed up for their free trial but was unable to make it work and load products to EBAY was told that I could only use ONLY EXCEL for my spreadsheet uploads. So I bought Excel. Still would not work. No customer support so I CANCELLED by FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND EVEN RECEIVED AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING MY CANCELLATION FROM THEM. THEY ARE CONTINUING TO CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD $69. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN THE PAST 5 DAYS. ($138.00)
I have now been forced into cancelling my debit card and requesting a new card number in order to stop them, so I am now without access to my money for the next 10 days until the replacement card arrives.
Please lets all start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these LIEING THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
