Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
During my lunch break, I was approached by a man driving a blue dodge caravan telling me that he had extra speakers from the warehouse he works for.

He then parked the car and showed me the boxes of speakers and a catalog which showed the speakers having a price of $1999.99.

I believed him because the catalog looked legitimate and the speaker boxes had the price of $1999.99 printed on them.

I thought I was getting a great deal and paid him $300 in cash but it turns out I just got ripped off. Despite all this, he gave me his name and number as follows:

Name: Gio

Cell Phone Number: 615-429-6636

This is really his name and number because I called him and asked if I could return the speakers and he said no.

I'm so upset and depressed I lost $300 and I encourage anyone to call this person if they got ripped off too.

Amar

p.s. this occured on 4/25/02 between 12:00pm and 12:30pm in Fountain Valley, CA in the shopping area of Brookhurst and Ellis

you have this guys first name or nickname and his cell phone number. what you should do is find out where it is from..i will give you a hint...TN...and find out the cellular carriers...actually you don't even need to do that...just call the guy and say that you are from bell south. Whatever he says his cell phone carrier is just say that it is a subsidiary to bell south cuz most of the bells own everything anyway...and he is probably not that bright. Then tell him that someone you need his first and last name to look up cuz his number was flagged. Then he gives it to you...then you can hang up and get the rest of the info yourself or try to milk him for more...don't let this b*****d f*ck you over....you have the key now open the door.

You know his name and number, so why don't you go after him? You need to do a reverse search on the number and try to cross reference his name. Its all on the internet. Start harrassing him and using scare tactics. Go to the local sheriff if you have to. Get your money back and let those who are responsible know that they aren't going to get away with it! Good luck and rock on!
