Complaint Review: DogValley - Cle Elum Washington

We decided to get a English Bulldog Puppy and loved the looks of the puppy at DogValley.Com so we figured we try it out and trust that we get the puppy. We signed contracts saying we would get the puppy in the picture plus it would be healthy no problems. Plus we sign contracts saying we would get at delivery of the puppy we get the dogs FCI registration and Export Pedigree and the AKC transfer papers plus shot records.

So we went ahead and paid $1800 for the dog, $150 for shipping and $200 for a years health guarantee and $50 dollars for the export pedigree. We picked up the puppy at the airport got out to the car and found the only papers with the puppy was the shot records. So the next day we called Sean Taylor and asked about the FCI registraion and Export pedigree and he said they were being mailed to us. Well we said ok and waited. Then we decided we got the dog and the papers were on the way we found a really nice male English Bulldog from the same place. So we called Sean again and asked about the papers and was told they were on the way and we would be guarantee that this time the papers would be with the puppy so we were stupid and trusted him and ordered the puppy this one cost $2050 everything was included this time for his price.

We picked the puppy up again at the airport and again only shot records with a letter saying we get the FCI and Export papers and AKC transfer papers in 4 weeks. We were also guarantee both puppies would be heathly. Well the female has a burn on her head that was small and didn't worry us till she started growing and now its brakes open everytime she grows more. Thats a small problem thats hasn't costed us. Well the male puppy he is alergic to his shots that we can live with but then he ended up getting Cherry Eye at first in one eye then it went to both eyes. The poor little guy has had two surgerys so far to fix it and now will end up with a third surgery and if it don't stay fixed they have to remove the glands and that is not good they need them glads for tears. So far its cost us near $1500. for all the surgerys and that don't count for the medicine for his eyes.

When we called Sean about the cherry eyes he said thats nothing just have them cut out. Plus again I asked for the papers this time he said the males were ordered but don't understand why but the females were not but he get that ordered right off. I waited the two weeks and nothing now he don't anwser the phones or e-mail and the webpage just says the lawyer will get back to everyone if the have civil claims against them and if you have need the dogs papers to e-mail them. That gets you no where also. We love our bulldogs and theyare part of our family and if thing happen to them it would kill us. We can never show the dogs or breed being no registration papers. I also don't like having the dogs names. I didn't mind the females so we kept that but the males had to change so we did that. We feel we got ripped off because they broke the contract and paid more then the dogs should cost without registration papers. I just hope that no one else can ever buy a dog from them again in any name. Sean Taylor loves to promise what he doesn't deliver. I don't like to bad mouth anyone but this case I need to warn others about him.
