I am completely disgusted with this establishment. I signed up for a year contract for "unlimited" tanning in August 2007. First of all the tanning beds are always filthy, never cleaned. They change the maximum amount of the timer in the beds constantly, Ive been form 15, to 12, to 10, and back to 12. I was also going quite regularly until I went tanning at 6 PM on a Monday, got to the gym early Tuesday maybe 5 pm ish, I was told I had to wait until 6 to go tanning because I have to wait 24 hours when I didnt have this problem 2 months prior. Finally in October I found out I was pregnant. I graciously asked for my member ship to be frozen for 6 months. That was October, and I filled out the appropriate form, surprise surprise my credit card gets charged for the month of November. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I let it slide. On 11/6 I filled out another form to freeze it December 1st (they only let you freeze the first of the month). This time I was smart and asked for a copy. And what happens? They charge my card in December~! I went down to talk to their staff which are very rude in the evening, complete with a copy of my freeze request. I had to fill out a member complaint form and I was promised it would get credited within a day. Well here we are 10 days later, no credit to my card. I am furious. And wondering how long this is going to go on for. And lets not forget the fee they charge your card every month for freezing it. A complete ripoff I dont know what else to do. Any insight?
