DOLPHIN RELOCATION SERVICES STOLE EVERYTHING I OWN! MY LIFE MEMORIES & MY SANTITY! Coral Springs Florida
Please BEWARE of this Company. It's been almost a year!! I have not seen my things or heard from them again!!I was sent a response email to a moving quote by moving-services.net. They are the same as Dolphin Relocation Services. They had not the lowest bid, but they told my everything I wanted to hear. So I scheduled my move for June 2002. Chris was my 'relocation specialist'.
None of what they promised happened!! The dispatcher (Lee) called me to say they would be a few hours late. They showed up two days late! When they finally arrived the driver called the dispatcher Lee. They spoke in Arabic!! I have no idea what they were saying. Now I have a pretty good idea!! They(Morris, the driver)said they could not fit everything on the truck. But, they told me they would take care of everything for me. They called me 2 weeks after they picked up my belongings in WA. State to tell me they were going to charge me 3 times the amount we had agreed to upfront. Morris said I went over the square footage by 600 sq ft, which was impossible.
I had sold almost half the items I had on the list. Chris had told me upfront they would take a $500 deposit. When Morris called me to give the inflated price, he also said that I would have to send them 1/2 of the inflated price by way of western union to a Isreal Yaron. Note the name. Not to be prejudice (I am a minority), But every one I spoke to in that company is middle eastern. I did not know this until they showed up. Even Chris hid his accent until after they had all my furnature.
Believe me, if I were prejudice I wouldn't have let them in my house. I even let them sleep in my house over-night so they wouldn't have to stay in a cold truck. You know, since they showed up @ 11:00 pm!! Speaking of the truck. They showed up in a 24ft Rider Truck!! They claimed the other truck broke down. Please Just Be Very Carefully. If you can pack & move it yourself - DO IT!! Some goverment entity needs to put a stop to this!! I hope this will help someone seeking a moving service to stay away from these crooks!! My things are gone now. Please hold on to yours!!
