DomeClimber.com Playdomes.com domeclimber.com should be out of business by now Denver Colorado
I ordered a dome climber jungle gym for my son's birthday. I placed the order online, through their website. 4 weeks before his birthday. I got an email saying that the dome climber would be delievered before July 9th. July 9th came and went, no climber. No response to my emails and no customer service number listed on the site.
The number I found online was dissconnected. I called and emailed Playdomes.com, their subsidiary company. No response. I checked my bank records and there was never any charge placed for the dome climber to begin with, even though I had authorized a charge and gotten an emailed order confirmation from the company.
I called a friend of mine who lives in Denver and asked her to go by the address of the company. She said there was no business there just a residential neighborhood. I emailed one last time, the night before my son's birthday, and wrote that they were to cancel the order and if I saw any charge from now on I would dispute it with the bank. Then I ordered another climber from Home Depot.
Within minutes, I got an email from Playdomes.com that says "Ok".
OK?? Huh? No explanation, no appology, nothing. And my son did not get the joy of waking up on his birthday and going into the backyard and seeing a jungle gym suprise from Mama and Dada.
This company is run by morons, possibly fradulent ones from the looks of all the complaints online. Wish I had done my research.
