 I am a single mother of two children,our gas was shut off last week due to nonpayment I had to call my daughters Dr office and get a medical certificate faxed to Dominion to get the gas turned on last Thursday June 11th. today is Thursday June 19th and after being given the runaround every single day several times a day our gas is still off. my daughters doctors office showed me proof where they fax this medical certificate last Thursday twice last Friday ,twice Monday, twice today ,twice Wednesday, twice and Thursday once and called Dominion yet Dominion still tells me every time I call is probably not processed yet and they don't see it and I should just pay my bill off and I explained that had I had money I wouldn't have use a medical certificate yet I'm still treated like s*** every time I call Dominion. I've told them everything I know how many times that papers in sac and they still treat me like I'm low income trash. it is been seven solid days and we've had no hot water no ur years I have no one to help me. my father killed himself four years ago neither one of my children's fathers pay child support and dominion keeps walking on me like I'm there Matt and this is a game to them because at the end of the day they get to go home and take a nice hot shower. I wish companies like this would be shut down they are not out to help anyone just make $1 and then laugh at you and play games with you when you can afford to pay your bills by law with a medical certificate .the gas should have been on within 3 hours. obviously law doesn't matter either to East Ohio gas. again it's been 7 days and they are closed for the night so I'll probably be back on here next week at the same time filing yet another report

 YOU are the type of people who WILL BURN IN HELL. I DIDN'T EVEN FINISH READING YOUR PAY AND I PRAY GOD TAKES EVERYTHING FROM YOU AND PUTS YOU IN THE PLACE I'M IN.

 The ONLY issue is that YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR BILL PERIOD!!! YOU are ripping THEM off for "free" gas by putting in the medical request AND YOU KNOW THIS!!! So why is it SUCH a surprise when THEY dont buy what YOU are trying to sell them?? If YOU dont have the money NOW, what gives them the hope that YOU are going to pay later?? As it stands YOU will be going into debt with them and THEY have no PROOF you are going to pay them!! YOUR personal issues DO NOT MATTER to them!!! Its NOT thier job to care about YOUR kids or YOUR dead parent!!! Thier job is to provide gas to PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!And to collect the monies owed from those customers. Find a way to pay them off because YOU CAN BE SURE that if the gas isnt on now then its NOT going to be on next week. Perhaps THEY are seeing this for what it REALLy is. Normally YOU have to provide PROOF of a medical need when YOU set up service. NOT after its been turned off!!!So what THEY are seeing is that YOU talked a doctor into giving YOU a medical request and are going to use this to get free gas. Its BUSINESS and NOT CHARITY!!!!!
