Based on the time-stamp of this report it could have been at most a couple of hours between the time he ate it and got sick, and in that time.  Your son got sick, you called Domino's, and you filed a RipOff report.  What I noticed you did not do?  No where do you say you even tried to talk to a doctor or take your son to the doctor to verify why he was sick.

Did you ever take your son to the doctor to confirm if it was food poisoning?  Without that you can pretty much for get any claims against Domino's.  The most you can probably do right now is report it to the local Board of Health, where they will probably go do an inspection of the location.

The report is not completed and could be confusing. One key question would be how long did it take for your boy to be sick after the eating?

but food poisoning doesnt set in immediately. It takes a long time to show symptoms of most food borne illness. Did you take your son to the doctor and get a diagnosis of food poisoning? Without that, your complaint holds no weight. Also, what else did your son eat in the last 24-48 hours? In a food poisoning case, its more likely what he had for breakfast or dinner the night before would be the cuplrit. Dominos is correct in that if there was an issue with food poisoning on their product, yours would not be an isolated case.

If you are really concerned, then report it to your local health department and take your child to the doctor today and see what the doctor says about food poisoning. Without a diagnosis, there's no proof. Your child could have the flu or a stomach bug that's unrelated to dominos.
