What diffrence does it make where the borrowed money came from, they lent it to you, oh I see, you bought an old wore out truck, expected it to run like new and than wanted the finance company to go battle the dealer over your own incompetance in trucking. Geee Whizzzz, do you put your boots on yourself or does someone dress you in the morning, you get a loan like that when you have bad credit. Bad credit comes from poor decision making.

I read this and have to say you get what you pay for. You bought a truck there because they are priced below the average price you get at other dealers.you want a warranty that goes with a 65,000 dollar truck for 20,000, no no silly! when you buy new or used , you check it all out b4 you put it to work. That includes radiator hoses and battery connections, looking at brakes, inside the wheels for oil seal leaks, grabing the drive line with your own two hands and driving the ____ thing for a month b4 you ever put a driver in it! Owner operators can fix and diagnose those simple problems you ran into without ending up on a hook. A brand new truck can have a loose hose clamo or battery terminal. So to be a succesful owner operator I suggest that you work in a truck maintenance shop for some time or at least educate yourself somehow and get your hands dirty or just be a company driver. You would have been entitled some comoensation for the speedometer descrepency that you could have probably worked out with them but when you buy a used truck you should put it in your own shop or driveway for a week, turn your cellphone off, put your coveralls on and go over it . You are at fault my friend. If you can't work on them, don 't try to own one. Or spend 125,000 and get a bumper to bumper warranty. The guy sells used trucks that he gets dirt cheap at auctions and from people who have either gone out of business or want to get rid of an old headache or have boughr something new! They are used, get it used, not new, not maintained. You and your two hands are the maintenance! Please wake up and have a profitable year, Godspeed to you.

My concern is that the bank or finance company is the ones that are running the "Ripoff". I would like to know who your lender was. I know of another person that had the same problem from this company and their loan was from Tennessee Commerce Bank. I had the same problem with a different sales company (One Source Fleet Services, Nashville TN) but the truck was financed through the same bank and the bank was the owner (according to the title information) of the truck when it was sold. So it appears that the Sales company is just the front for the bank. If any one else has had such problems with Tennessee Commerce Bank. Please let me know! They have been doing this for years and need to be stopped.
