We also had a very, very horrible experience with this person who calls himself a Christian. Please see our report 08/16 for details. I cannot believe the audacity of the rebuttal to your report. It certainly reads as if the criminal himself wrote the rebuttal.
We have all of his information, including a current address (and he was there are recently as the week of August 20, 2013). Also we know that he is attending AA meetings.
In addition to a civil lawsuit....and let's face it the most that can be hoped for is a judgement....it will prevent him from buying or selling a house in Texas without satisfying the judgement but who knows if he will ever be able to do that; there is another action that can be taken.
You can file ...FOR FREE....a claim with the attorney general of Texas. What he did is a violation of the consumer protection act. The more people that file on him is the more chance the AGs office will investiigate and bring charges.
If you want more info please do not hesitate to call us. (((ROR redacted)))
God Bless You.

this neive? I will agree that you were a fool for various reasons, the first of which, you didnt get things in writing and you didnt follow rule #1 on hiring contractors. Doing a background check. THat would have solved half your problem. The Other half is , its UP to them to supply the products, place it on the final bill of laden AFTER they have completed the task per the contracted agreement. Ohh thats right, you didn't have an official contract with line items drawn up. Yup there was a fool and his money soon parted.
