Don Hiteshew ripoff wanting to rent to me lied told me the house I was renting is c-5 and could park junk cars Colorado Springs Colorado
Mr.Hiteshew, a corporation he told me rented me a house stated I could park junk cars in the back yard, no problem. The house was zoned c-5, this he said allowed me to use this as commercial property I told him this was the only way I could live in this house he said it would be no problem at all, just make sure I kept them nice and tight. I repeat myself several more times he again reassured me not a problem. So I did it, signed the lease on those conditions, later I told him I recorded the conversation. After problems happened, Mr. Hiteshew waited until I moved in the house, one of many that he owns. Then he started following me everywhere I went and learned my habits. I just blew it off, little did I know Mr. Hiteshew was learning my habits so he could figure out how long he had to go through my things in the house I was renting from him and stealing valued articles from me watches printing paper and more. he also called code inforcement and reported me his wife did, I buy junk cars and recycle them for a living. I went to buy one and the guy i seen out of the blue said I seen your vehicle parked at a house a friend of mine used to live at her and her girl friend stayed at she was complaining he perceeded to say that mr. hiteshew would go into their home one he was renting even when they where home he thought they where gone to his suprise they would be home one of the ladies worked a cross the street at dunkin dounuts and would observe Mr. Hiteshew entering the home when ever he wished This guy gets people into his homes then turns around and gets them out as fast as he can takes them to court and gets a settlement or judgement I just want him exposed and stopped so he can,t do this to anyone else. I,ve marked the front door with tape to see if he was entering the house without my permission and noticed at least four times he had entered please help me thanks.
