Completely bogus- represents that he is associated with a large real estate investment firm and will misrepresnt terms of a loan that he has no approval on and will take your money and never call you back. He is a complete and total fraud with no conscience. BEWARE of dealing with this liar bag of snow.

I can tell you firsthand that he indeed took my client's money and never even had the decency to return a phone call. Instead he shut his "office", if it ever even existed, and ran off to live with his parents. There are serveral complaints against him filed with the Texas State Attorney General's office, I encourage everyone to call and verify this fact.
I believe that the list is growing and at some point Mr. McClain will be forced to deal with his unethical business methods.

I can tell you first hand that McClain and CPR are a ripoff- he had a client of mine send a due diligence fee of 12,500, received on a Friday and that was the last communication I or my client ever had with Don McClain. He ducks calls, texts and emails. Coincidentally he disconnected his office phone and surprisiungly relocated-
If you have any questions, contact the Texas state Atty General and ask about this outfit. My client's complaint is in an ever-growing line of people who have given him money and never received even a call back from this guy. What a liar.

CPR Commercial is a legitimate company whose Principal has a long record of successful transactions since 1993. All relationships that are established with lenders and service providers are 100% authentic and verifiable. Clients that are unsatisfied with any services of CPR Commercial will be properly taken care of and satisfied. The company experienced a recent attack by disgruntled employees and associates.
CPR Commercial, LLC will work in every way to satisfy each and every client.
