Complaint Review: Donato Guadagnoli P.C. - Internet New York

Donato Guadagnoli is the most unethical lawyer who breaches contracts, utilizes your contacts and resources for his own benefit, and lies to every one involved with him on any level.  As an attorney his only goal is to manipulate his clients into giving him anything they of value via lies and untruths.  There are several complaints that are in the process of being filed with the bar because of his breach of contracts, and breaking non circumvent agreements via third parties.  I do not think he is aware that he is currently under investigation and has currently been found out for his most recent breach of the non circumvent,  the case is not just unethical but criminal in nature.  DONATO GUADAGNOLI will be facing criminal charges for ripping our company off to the tune of hundreds of two million dollars in a illegal and underhanded manner. Donato Guadagnoli assumed that we did not find out about his illegal activities that were in direct violation of our contract.  We were luckily notified by a mutual friend of his illegal/ unethical activites.  We then hired attorneys and private investigators who validated that Mr. Donato Guadagnoli was indeed utilizing our contacts for a multi million dollar deal and was not making us aware that he had circumvented us in any way. He thought it would remain his dirty little secret.  What a dirty manipulative scumbag.  If you are considering utilizing his legal services on any level prepared to be screwed, scammed, and ripped off on multiple levels.  He will be disbarred soon due to multiple law suits and criminal charges, but the process takes a while, so I am writing this to make sure no one else has to go through  an illegal rape by a horrible "attorney" in the meanwhile.  Attorneys are supposed to represent a higher set of ethics, morals, and trustworthiness than the average businessman.  Mr. Donato Guadagnoli represents the scum of the earth a*****e attornies who think that because they have a law degree they can abuse and rape their clients, using blatantly illegal and unethical methods.  If you shake his hand, check your wallet, and I guarantee something will be missing.  Mr. Guadagnoli also claims to be an expert in the area of film financing, and has ruined multiple deals due to his lack of experience and knowledge.  Aside from being a thief and extremely dishonest, Mr. Donato Guadagnoli has the weakest ineffective contracts, and very limited knowledge about the fields he practices in.  Maybe if he focused his energy on learning the law, instead of screwing over clients, and everyone else he can,

He might have had a chance to be an effective attorney instead of facing multiple lawsuits and criminal charges from our company, and four other clients and/or business associates. BEWARE!  BEWARE! BEWARE!

I was also made aware of several clients of Donato Guadagnoli PC that put their funds into his escrow account, out never received the services or their money back. He stole their money outright!  BEWARE!  BEWARE! BEWARE!

Mr. Guadagnoli, you are about to be blindsided by a legal train who has documented all of your dirty secret deeds.  We have found the key transaction that you obviously thought was so well hidden.  You did not remove yourself far enough away from the transaction to keep yourself safe.  Checkmate.

Your firm, lol, will be bankrupt, disbarred, and non existent this time next year.
