Done Right Sutomotive Lack of Knowlege only after the dis-honest buck Sevierville Tennessee
In addition to my problem with wife's rear brake job this company totally ripped me off with I have another instance of the type business this company does to the consumer. When I was taking my wife's car back and forth 4 times to get the brakes fixed I drove up in my Ford Explorer. My brakes were making a horrible noise when stopping. I ask Shawn" the supposed to be supervisor over the mechanics at Done Right" to look at my brakes. He came out inspected the truck and told me he knew exactly what was wrong and that it was the complete ABS system. It was the box where all the brake lines came together to make the vehicle brake properly.
I was told by Shawn that the cost would be approx. 2000-2500.00. I did not let him do anything else because the truck was not worth fixing for that amount of money. I forgot about this incident until I took my wife's car to Rick's for an inspection. I was talking to Rick about my truck and he said he will check it out at no cost to me that it was probably just a sensor that was bad. Sure enough that was all it was and cost me 48.00 to fix It goes to tell anyone wanting to do business with this company to beware that not only will they rip you off but they lack the knowledge to even be in business.
I only mentioned this after reading all the other complaints about this company. It seems a lot of complaints come from people out of town as I feel they think they are more able to get by with there way of doing business. My son is an attorney and he told me if we could get enough people together to file a class-action suit against them he would help us hire an attorney to take the case at no cost. People like this need to be taught a lesson on doing business the right and fair way.
People work too hard to be quoted one price and charged another and in some cases have their auto's held for ransome until the bill is paid. And whoever heard of a company that will not take a debt card and only cash unless maybe they are trying to hide something maybe from the IRS. Oh yes I forgot they will take a check and debt card if you belong to their little auto club. Unlike them I want to make sure all I say on here is the absolute truth. Which I do not think they know the definition of those words TRUTH AND HONESTY>
If anyone has an interest in filing such a suit I will be more than happy to join you. Please call me @ 901-552-8042 and if nothing else we can discuss horror stories about this company. People like this need to be run out of business. If he decides to do the right thing and give me my money back (which is the right thing to do) I will not be part of the suit but a great witness for you and help in anyway I can. I think of nothing else that maybe the local news and IRS will be very interested in talking to these people.
