Donna Bell Beauty, Anti Aging Cream and Eye Serum Chico California
I fell for their scam, I answered a message asking me to take a survey in order to get a gift card from a major retailer. At the end of the survey I had to select one of many offers, so I selected the one that only cost $1.95 to get a free trial of anti-aging cream and eye serum. Before I knew it my bank account was charged nearly $100.00 for each.
The company claimed that I did not call soon enough to cancel. They said I missed the date by one day, so they could not refund my money and so I was refused a refund, but they did tell me they canceled my account. Then the following month I received a second shipment of the product. I called them and they said that they could not give me a refund even if I shipped the product back to them.
I demanded a return shipping label be sent to me like a legitimate company would do, however, they refused. So I am going to give this crap to the homeless people. But I suggest to everyone do not fall for these, "take a survey, and win cash or gift cards" they did not send me a gift card, they only scammed me and I am out $200.00.
