Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I dealt with Donna Cornell for my first house and unfortunately I was denied my mortgage. My family and I were naturally upset, but to add fuel to the fire Donna has been threatening myself and family for the last 6 months because I couldn't get approved.. I had taken her to court for my deposit back and won. My lawyer has told me that he has dealt with her in court and she is well know for trying to take advantage of people. Then I looked her up in rip off report and seen her she has a bad reputation for trying to scam people. This woman shouldn't be allowed to represent people on the market or work as a Realtor and this company is just as bad for allowing Donna Cornell person to work under their name. There're a lot of good realtors out there and I'd hate to see anyone have to go through anything close to what I've dealt with because on Donna Cornell.

You went to court and lost, the judge clearly understands earnest money and you don't. Once again that's why you lost. I got declined financing bottom line. You have no idea what you're talking about and once again that's why you lost. You engaged in a sales contract a MONTH later in September and sold you're home, congratulations. You forget to mention you bought the home for 200k, nice profit. You're a fool for buying another house before this one was sold and that had nothing to do with our contract. You're extremely petty and have a poor reputation in the community because of issues like this. You're really need therapy because cleary you have anger issues, you're fueled by blind anger and you really need to grow up and move on.

In my defense it is important to know that Jason C was NOT a client of mine at anytime. This is in relation to Jason trying to purchase my personal home. The money he refers to was earnest money that he put down for the purchase of my home. Throughout the process Jason and his real estate agent assured me that his proof of income and employment verification was fine. (I have documentation of said) As a result we passed up other offers on our home and accepted his offer. In the end Jason was not approved for his loan. I was told he did not supply what was needed to the bank to prove his income and that he changed jobs just before the loan was to have final approval without telling anyone resulting in his failure to obtain the loan. I myself tried very hard to find financing for him but could not for the same reasons. As a result we missed the best window of opportunity for the season to sell our home and had already started our move. We even offered to rent to own our home to Jason who would not agree to put money down to do so even though he claimed he wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. As a result we had to sell our home for much less than it was worth so as to get out from having two morgages losing almost $20,000.00 in value in addition to the costs of supporting two homes for several months while finding another buyer. We have NOT gone to court. We went to mediation and are in the process of filing in small claims court to go before an Actual Judge as mediation did not work. I have never dealt with his atorney before nor have I ever met him. Jason is being dishonest and expects that because he made poor decisions and was not honest with me that myself and my family should pay for his mistakes while taking the loss on our home and supporting two residences for several months. Anyone who understands real estate transactions knows this is EXACTLY what earnest money is for. If you dont follow through on your end of the transaction it is a breach of contract and you forfeit this money. I can provide references from 100's of clients who will attest to my integrity and capabilities. The only complaints I have are from people who think they have NO Responsiblility for their actions like Jason C.
