Paid $300 to Matej for Web Work that he promised to have completed within a week or 2, but after that he went AWOL. I wasn't even mad about the situation at first. I contacted him again and again for weeks about the unfinished work through emails, even via Skype and never got a reply. Months later when I assumed he forgot about the work. I contacted him again asking about the status of the project (with a receipt showing the official payment made) he asked me for $400 more to continue what he never started and said take it or leave it. Disgrace..
