jim stanco are you still producing those inferior beds? are you still hiding behind your bankruptcy to not honor those warentees you avoided? you`re wasting your time trying to reach new customers to pride yourself on dormia products. we unhappy past customers of yours are still on line informing potential customers to avoid you and your associates from harming anymore unsuspected buyers. i junked my 3 year old dormia imagination adustable queen and purchased a (((competitoir's name redacted))) and finally satisfied with a quality mattress set from a reliable source which everyone should do

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.  This is Roy Reidy from Dunedin. I have been informed by USPS that I am to receive a $100 voucher shortly to be used towards any of Dormias fine products. All of my complaining has paid off .. Although 80 percent of my complaints were not honest to start out with. Therefore I am making a $80 donation to MBLA organisation and the good work they do there for kids and adults ... Some have asked why not send any unexpected finances out West or to Mass to compensate for the monies I took from my children and others .. Well repentance is a slow process lol. I plan on using the voucher to get a heating pad to help with my condition. My sleep schedule is back on track thanks to Dormia hence my attitude has improved greatly. Please excuse my rebuttals of oct 21/22. My wife got into my voicemail and I had to spend a week on the couch lol .. She's very tough and " rules the roost". The first one I've been afraid to knock around....a week on the couch gives me a great comparison as to how Dormia works. A deeper sleep. Almost lucid type dreams ..and awakened re-energised .. Im really amazed at what a positive attitude and being honest for the first time in 70 plus years has improved my outlook .... Maybe that can be attributed to Dormia too.!! A win - win situation!!!

 REQEST # 2701  I NEVER SENT THAT LENGTHY REBUTTAL REGARDING AN APOLOGY FROM ROY M REIDY. I WANT RIPOFF REPORT TO CHECK THE SCOURCES FROM WHICH THEY GET THIER REBUTTLES FROM AS THIS ONE WAS NOT FROM ME.

 Hello all.My name is Roy M R**** SR of Dunedin Florida .It has been some time since I last posted to this site..My previous postings all referred to the DORMIA MATTRESS company and it's management..As is stated in on this site " Let The Truth Be Known ".. This is a difficult post to write but I must move forward.I have had issues with drugs and alcohol for many many years. Which has affected my relationship with family and all 5. ( yes 5) previous wives. I recently had an epiphany regarding my life and have decided to set things right as best I can before it is too late .

I was in sales for all my life and know all the " dirty " tactics used on consumers. I used them without discretion. I had stated the the sales staff at Dormia used tactics on me to sell me an inferior product -That is not true.In fact I instigated all of the issues that were addressed in my postings-Being a backyard mechanic I thought immediately that it would be a good idea to have a backup motor. I basically badgered DORMIA into sending me one at no cost . At the time I thought it was only fair It cost over $2200.00 for the complete setup-but there was never an issue with any motor just my greed to take advantage of them .

The only problem I ever found was a slight vibration from the motor housing that occured after almost 3 years of use . I referred to $2200.00 my " hard earned money " being spent for this bed.. However i actually took advantage of my own children from my first marriage -- securing " loans" from them in excess of $17000.00. Loans that i never intended to repay. I always felt that their family was well off enough to support them from infants to adulthood without any financial/ parental support from me and that they could afford to lose these loans.

I bought myself a used Cadillac Seville / the Dormia set-up / a trip to the Keys with my current wife and other selfish things .my thought processes all my life- until recently- this spiritual awakening occured and although I cannot repair the hurt and damage that my unfaithful ways to these women. ( including my dear present wife Marites ) caused I can go forward from this time on to no longer be deceitful about so many many things .the truth will set you free as they say. And people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones - I am awfully remorseful for implicating Mr Stanco and his sales force as taking advantage of myself.

I cannot speak for others - but we actually had immediate improvement in sleep time and cycles with none of the usual aches that had come from our previous bed I was actually trying to take advantage of the chaotic environment that occurs within a company as it goes thru financial distress hoping to get a refund on our purchase and making it seem so bad that they wouldn't want / need to inspect / dispose of the bed that we were enjoying .This is just weak human character that I have carried with me my entire life. I have " scammed" people from all walks of life ever since I left high school .. With no remorse .

I feel very thankful that in this late stage of my life I can not undo the financial ruin I caused so many but I can not cause any more damage .. I humbly apologise to Mr Jim Stanco for my rude and inappropriate posts as well as to his staff and also to this website ... It certainly lifts a huge weight from my heart to reveal my deceitful ways and try to go forward So in conclusion I need to say that our Dormia mattress was an absolute benefit to us both and i cannot repay my family for the funds I stole from them to purchase it and the rest - I can give my sincerest apology ...... May you all find the peace and balance that I have here in the late stage of my life. Bless you ... ROY M R**** SR ....
