When I first got to DMC on Feb 7, 2013 they made me feel like I was going to purchase a dependable suv. I Sat there four hours just signing papers before I even looked at a suv. The suv that I purchased back lights were not working so they told me that I had to leave it there and it would be ready the next day. I live in eufaula, al so I was upset when I drove back to dothan the next day and my truck wasn't ready. When I got there on that next day I was told that everyone was gone to lunch so I had to wait a hour to even know anything about my truck.I was then told that the part for the truck hadn't come in yet. I called on Monday to check on my truck and they said the part still wasn't there yet. On Wednesday my husband and I went back to dothan and waited two hours for them to tell me that they ordered the wrong part and that the new part wouldn't be there till the next Thursday. So I was upset because I hadn't even taken the truck home and they wanted a payment. I talked to the financial manager who promised to defer my payments and I was given a trade in which I had to come bake the next day to get. On Feb 13, 2013 I got a trade in, did the paperwork again and as I'm doin the paperwork I get a call telling me that my payment was due. I told her that my payments were suppose to be deferred. I got my new truck got home everything seemed fine. The next day I was on my way to work and the overdrive off light starts flashing and the check engine light comes on. It was after five so DMC was closed and I had to wait till Monday to get an appointment to take it to them. My appointment was Thursday, Feb 21, 2013 at 8am. I got there and at 1:00 pm I was told that my truck had to be taken to the transmission shop and they were giving my a loaner car. I drove the loaner car home and it shook really bad. The next night I was on my way to work at six, I live in the country, and as I'm driving the headlights go out. I turned the car around in the dark and drove it back to my house with just the caution lights blinking. When I took the car back on Monday Feb 25, 2013 I informed them and they laughed and told me that they knew it was a problem with the lights. Since my truck hadn't even been checked on I was told that since they were about to close they would give me another loaner car. I drove the car home no problem. The next day I drove to my job to sign some papers and when I got back in the car it wouldn't crank. My uncle came and looked under the hood and noticed the the cables weren't all the way connected to the battery. He fixed that but the car still wouldn't crank. I then called DMC thinking that it was the GPS. I was told that the GPS was showing that the car was moving when it clearly wasn't. Then after being on hold and them trying to reset it on their end I was told that the GPS malfunctioned and they would send a tow truck to get it. I asked about my truck and was told that they didn't know. I took it upon my self to call the transmission shop only to find out that they had to rebuild my transmission. I was also informed by them that no one from DMC has called to check on it since the day before when I was there. Now I'm stuck with no truck no loaner car and they still want a payment. I just want my $1600 that I put down and they can have the truck and they high fee for fixing it.I am ready to wipe my hands with DMC. Wish I would have never purchased a truck from them, worst purchase ever for me.

Well, let me start by saying that this customer is a really nice person and I hated she and I were both the victim of a series of unfortunate events. When she purchased from us she did indeed have a desire to use our 48 hour exchange policy as she met the guidelines for it. When we put her in the vehicle she chose after the exchange, she had an issue which was covered under warranty (a good reason to purchase from us). While the vehicle was to be repaired under warranty, we offered the convenience of a loaner car to her. Unfortunately, during her use of a loaner car that had been very dependable for a long period, it developed an issue with the lights that required attention. We put her in another loaner while we fixed the light issue. The loaner we placed her in had a starter failure while she was in it. We sent out to pick it up and towed it in and repaired it.
While these factors were not attributed to anyone or anything other than an unforseen mechanical failure, I understand her frustration and I would have been upset just like she was.
I am happy to report that she has been back in her purchased vehicle fixed under warranty and is happily driving for a couple of weeks now.

Thanks for the business and hope to always help our customers because we know we would not be here without them.
