I can't tell you how many times Doubledown casino's server has disconnected me in the middle of a game and I lose any tokens I played. I contacted them a couple weeks ago when I was playing bingo and lost the connection to the server and my tokens. They said in this instance they couldn't verify what I said and to send a screen-shot next time. It happened again so I sent a screen-shot. Did they return my tokens? No. Now they are blaming it on the fact that maybe I have a dial-up connection. Seriously? I have a wireless broadband high-speed internet connection. It appears they need to upgrade their server. I buy tokens on DDC and they need to give back my tokens. them back.
