Downloadcity.com ripoff! I sent them $24.95 and was never able to download anything as promised. Unable to contact anyone for support. Internet
$24.95 was deducted from my credit card, to download movies an music. This I was unable to do. PAYPAL got the money for these guys. Should they be obligated to pay also??
