DoxyLingerie.com has a great selection of lingerie at good prices, which is what lured me to order from them.

The problem with this company is a lack of service, professionalism and delivery one even the most basic things a company should promise.

I placed my order for lingerie on January 27th, 2006, in time for Valentine's Day. My credit card still had not been charged by February 8th, so I sent 2 e-mails to the company with no response.

The next day I had an e-mail that said "Unfortunately the items that you ordered are longer available. We have gone ahead and cancelled your order. You were not charged for it. "

Well, now, it has been two weeks since I placed my order and I am just being made aware of it? I don't have time to order with another company now and am very upset.

I replied to the e-mail with a "Are you Kidding me? Thanks for the notice" kind of e-mail which received no response.

Then I reported the company to the BBB, which got a response very quickly of "The items were in stock when you placed your order. However, we just received your check yesterday. Had we received it in a timely manner, your order would have been shipped. Your attitude is totally unnecessary, and I have forwarded both copies to the BBB in response to your complaint. I would have GLADLY sent you another item in time for valentine's day. Or even that same item in another color, as I have those in stock."

I did not order with a check.

I paid online with a Valid credit card. So the response I received from Jennifer was totally bogus.

I responded that if they would like to forward me the lingerie overnight on their dime, I would be happy, but of course have had no response.

This company does not respond unless you send a nasty e-mail, and then they are rude back to you for having to send it in the first place.

I would never send a rude e-mail unless I was being ignored, given the runaround, etc.

I feel this company had good potential, but has ruined it due to their poor service and lies when confronted.

By the way - The Better Business Bureau has this to say about Doxy Lingerie:

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s).

Our file contains a pattern of complaints concerning non-receipt of pre-paid item ordered from the company's website.

The Bureau processed a total of 42 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 42 complaints in the last 36 months, 42 of those were closed in the last 12 months. These complaints concerned sales issues, delivery issues, service issues, contract issues and credit or billing issues. Of these complaints, 11 were closed as resolved, 1 was closed as unresolved, 1 was administratively closed, 29 were closed with no response from the company.

When evaluating complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of business. The number of complaints filed against the company may not be as important as the type of complaints and how the company handled them.

Considering all the bad press you get in this site, why don't you get your act together? I understand you are drop-shipping the products, but if it was my business, I'd find a better shipper. Your current one sucks. If I ran my business with the same skills you run yours, I would be penniless. There are many stores/sites selling what you do, and NONE of them have the unbelievable bad service you do. When I cannot get my supplies and inventory items in a timely manner from one supplier, I stop using them, and buy from another. Have you ever thought of doing that? Jessica stated several times she'd like to give you money on a regular basis, but to no avail. Are you really saying that you cannot complete an order in 3 months time? I order bodybuilding supllies for myself, and get them the next day. If something is back-ordered, they tell me and ship it out ASAP. I have never had to wait 3 weeks, much less three months for ANYTHING. You may the best customer service on the planet with 99.9% of your customers. You may even have a 99.9% satisfaction rate with them, but this site alone shows 35 negative entries about your company. Some of those entries contain more than one unhappy customer, bringing the number even higher. My shop has ZERO, and this website runs on my screen all day for my customers to see. Every single unhappy customer equals at least 10 never-to-be-seen potential customers. You may want to consider this as constructive criticism, or you can choose to ignore it. From what I have read in this site though, my money is on the IGNORE button.

After flipping my lid about all this, I finally received a credit to my account for the amount of the items I did not receive. In fairness, Jenn at Doxy told me she was crediting my account Monday and it had posted by Thursday, which is very reasonable. This was altogether way too long of a process and way too much work, but thank god I can finally quit worrying about it! Good luck everyone! :)

Here I am in MAY still with this problem unresolved!!! My credit card was charged at the end of MARCH, and I am still waiting for merchandise! The company finally charged my card when I told them I NO LONGER wanted the merchandise, since they weren't charging my card anyway, then SURPRISE, the next day my card was charged. I have received one of three items I ordered, and I am being stonewalled by Doxy. I am placing a stop payment on my credit card and the bank will be starting an investigation for fraud. Doxy Lingerie will be out of business soon, how can they continue when no one would ever order from them more than once? I regret ever ordering from Doxy, what a waste of time, energy, and money. BTW - I have sent 30+ e-mails to Jenn at Doxy about this. I finally sent a nasty one today, how much do you want to bet that she e-mails me back telling me that I'm rude, etc?

I don't want to bad mouth Doxy Lingerie at all, I am not trying to smear the company in any way, understand that. I just want to order from Doxy on a regular basis and give them my money! :) I was e-mailed that my order was shipped yesterday, so hopefully I'll be strutting around in my cute stuff soon, haha. ......

Well, here I thought Jenn was going to do the right thing and fix the issues that her company had caused with my order. Well, I sent her via e-mail my new order which I was supposed to receive 20% off of and free overnight shipping. Well, it's now over a month later and still nothing from Doxy or Jennifer Luedke. I sent multiple e-mails inquiring on where my order was (my card has not been charged yet) and received 2 back from her a week apart saying my order would ship that day. She told me she had been in the hospital and that was the reason for the delay. OK, I am a reasonable person so I can let that slide. However, it's now been two weeks since then and I still don't have my order. Then, yesterday I sent my 11th e-mail regarding this fiasco and got a response saying that Jenn was confused - my order had been cancelled a long time ago. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Here I am corresponding with her the whole time, and it must be all BS because my order has disappered into oblivion. All I want to know is the brand of the shirt I want to order so I can go to a different website and order it. I am really disappointed because I thought that Jenn was turning over a new leaf and was going to fix things and do things right by me, but it is appearing that I was wrong.

Well, I just wanted to say I'm sorry that some people had a bad experience with Doxy Lingerie. I on the other hand did not. I ordered some lingerie and a pair of shoes on a Saturday night. I e-mailed the company that following Tuesday to check the status of my order. I received an e-mail from Jennifer stating the merchandise would be shipped that Wednesday. It was. I received my order (minus the panties) that following Monday. I was very pleased with the service and I would order from Doxy again. I think with all business, you run into some problems, but not everyone has a bad experience, and I am one of those people. I think she genuinely cares about her customers, and her business. Also, I only picked THIS report to rebutt because I couldn't find anywhere else to write about my positive experience. Thank you...

I spoke with Jennifer at Doxy via e-mail a couple times, and I think everything is getting worked out - She has offered to overnight any in stock items and to give a discount to my order, which I believe is entirely fair. I have ordered from her, as a replacement to the no longer instock items I had previously ordered, 3 items that will be available for shipping by the end of the month - as they are new items. I am giving the company the benefit of the doubt and hoping that the items will arrive in good order and in a reasonable amount of time. If all works out, then I would be willing to order from Doxy again.
