Heather, first of all, how did we rip you off exactly? Your credit card was never charged for your purchase, and you cancelled your purchase, not us. It clearly stated when you placed your order that order processing time was 14 business days due to the large volume of orders coming in for Halloween. You agreed to these terms when you placed your order. This "rip off" report is slanderous against our verified, legitimate company. I just received a recent email from Doxy stating that my order will be cancelled. Just wanted to update this file. Hopefully all goes through correctly. BUt, it definately is not worth the time to go through Doxy if you are trying to meet a deadline. Having a costume and ordering one and a half months prior I feel is a fine amount of time to get a costume in by.
