After not receiving responses from the manufacturer, I had decided to bring attention the following piece. I have paid for and been billed two orders within the last 10 days. Neither has shipped yet and no one can be reached for contact. I have researched this company to try and find a contact number to no success. The only number to contact is a registered cell phone number with a generic answering message on it. They don't even give you a way to contact them via e-mail, go ahead, tear their site apart, it's not on there.

I came across several articles denouncing the company as fraudulent and even finding that a successful suit had indeed been filed against them.

"Additionally as part of the consent judgment, the defendant is prohibited from violating any of Missouris consumer protection laws, or from accepting payment from consumers prior to the shipment of any purchased merchandise. In addition to paying restitution, the defendant has been ordered to pay $4,000 to the Merchandising Practices Revolving Fund."

Doxy Lingerie has charged me for both orders and neither has shipped yet, and the first was an expedited order, which according to their own stated shipping policies, should have arrived by yesterday at the latest. According to this article they are in violation of accepting payment twice prior to two orders being shipped and that is just for me. In reading this site they are still ripping people off on a regular basis since their August 31st decision.

I have tried for a week now on a regular basis and have gotten nowhere with this so I have now registered and reported them with the Better Business Bureau and the Missourri Chamber of Commerce. I have left messages detailing this with them to no avail. Your best bet is just to stay far away from this company.
