Doxyonline.com, Doxylingerie.com, Jennifer Lutke DOXYONLINE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS.. INSULTS CUSTOMERS! Maryland Heights Missouri
I purchased 4 items from Doxylingerie.com, i made SURE that all items that i purchased were listed as 'INSTOCK", as i had a Vacation planned in a month and wanted the items before i left. I periodically checked my order on their "order status page" and the tracking and shipping info was blank. After 12 days, I decided to call their "Customer Service" number MULTIPLE TIMES -NO ANSWER and YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE.
SOOOOO... I emailed them to ask what was going on with my order:
Hi I placed an Order on Mar 3rd, and have yet to recieve it... Could u please let me know when it will ship? I purchased these items that you did have in stock specifically for a vacation and photoshoot that i am planning in Las Vegas. We depart on Mar 25th. I need them here no later than Friday Mar 21st. My order number is

NO RESPONSE... AGAIN.
i repeatedly tried to call their number again and again -still no answer
AFTER 5 DAYS I EMAILED THEM AGAIN on MAR 12th:
Where is my order? If i dont hear back from you by 2pmPST tomorrow. I will be calling my bank and issuing a charge back. You dont answer your phone or respond to my emails. This is ridiculous. yhst-41531193861063-42955
FINALLY A WEEK LATER on MAR 19th I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MISSOURI ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE after researching this company and finding out about all of the COMPLAINTS AND CHARGES AGAINST THEM:

Since u refuse to respond AND be reached by telephone - I filed a complaint today with the Missouri Attorney Generals Office.
