Dr Douglas Liebert Corrupt unethical thief took custody of child from loving mother and charged over $40,000 to do it! Sacramento California
Dr. Douglas Liebert Phd,MFT: hired to conduct 730 custody evaluation for our 10 yr. old daughter. Refused to even consider my evidence (witnesses,teachers, etc.), ignored daughter's please to remain with her mom, and recommended custody to my rich Dr. ex-husband who lives in Sacramento (I live in the Bay Area).
He then agreed to act as Special Master in the case (against Amer. Psychological Assoc. guidelines and Cal.State law, then agreed to testify as ex-husband's expert witness (huge conflict of interest).
For these services, he charged in excess of $40,000, which I had to split. I now have $47 in savings (after tens of thousands of dollars to my lawyers) and my ex makes over $300,000/yr.
This is a corrupt man who wants to be and "old boy" and will make any decision that supports this image- disregarding ethics, psychological principles, and the law.
