I reviewed my post on Dr. Landry and it occurred to me that in the name of honesty I should update and let you know a few things that in hind site I should have written in the original report. Regarding Dr. Landry's skill level and speed, you should know that the clinic I had my work done at was the Ohio State College of Dentistry where Dr. Landry was a student. The four crowns I mentioned that he put on my teeth, that will eventually have to be cut off, were ordered placed by the clinic under a treatment plan they put me in, although in my opinion Dr. Landry knew he was comitting malpractice by placing the crowns after it was discovered that the treatment plan I had been in was discovered to be inviable. At the very least, he should have told a faculty member so they could have informed me of the clinic's mistake so I could have made an informed decision about my health. The four crowns will eventually have to be cut off so as to allow me to get proper treatment. I do not however have any updates on my contention that Dr. Landry ignored my symptom of having a bad infection that eventually led to a root canal and root amputation; this after I brought it to his attention. At the very least he should have told a faculty member so they could have looked into the matter. I also do not have any update to my contention that Dr. Landry was dishonest under oath. I firmly believe he was dishonest and I intend to prove it in court. I also still maintain my opinion that Dr. Landry needs to consider a patient's pain to a greater degree than he did with me.
