We always provide a FIVE STAR service ( Yelp) This is a one time incident in 2006...Ever since we HAVE NOT anymore stolen article ...We hope reader would give us a chance to service your car. After all with over 21 years and over ten thousand engines replaced readers can forgive us ( We have no control over something stolen in our parking lot ). We apologize over the incident and it's 2013 now we hope everyone keep an open minded about this.

Customer was advised to file for insurance and police report. We compensated to the customer fairly.
Our record of serving customer since 1992 and over 20,000 engine replacements speaks for ourself.
