Dr. Susanne Marchall - Johannes Gutenberg University Of Mainz Dr. Susanne Marschall - Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz ripped me off for over 30,000.00 Mainz Nationwide
First I would like to say this is very disturbing to me as you would not expect someone that is working at a University to have such low morals, and rip off someone, and then lie about it to others.
Dr. Susanne Marschall who works at Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz , and a project called "MEDIENINTELLIGENZ" contracted myself thru my company, to do a custom developed platform based on Female Filmmakers.
After a couple meetings, I was given the "green" light to go ahead and do the job. I was given extensive amount of information regarding the project , all coming from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, and from here email account at the university. Also a few other members of her team placed emails to me, and we corresponded during the next week while I advanced on the development of the portal.
I was told "Funds were available and ready"
I was given the contact information of the "Graphic Designer" they were wanting to use for the layouts, and start to place "demo sites" up so the designer could start to work on layouts.
After a couple weeks, when I was ready to finalize the development and start to place on the actual production servers, I requested the information to send my invoice too, and whom to send it to, so I can get paid.
I , like most people would, generated an invoice and then sent an email to Dr. Susanne Marschall, requesting these details, the response I got was : (quote)

So I sent over the invoice, and the next response I get is: (quote)

Dear Aaron,
is this your cost calculation at the current work state or the final invoice? At the university it is unusual to draw up such accounts in smaller steps.

Since this was my one and only (final invoice) for 31,250.00 Euro.
I was then told story after story, and even to the point that I was told I should make up smaller invoices and give them to Dr. Susanne Marschall in steps so she could pay them out of an account at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
Well needless to say, its months later, and now I am hearing rumors that Dr. Susanne Marschall is stating this never existed and she never spoke to me.
I will keep you posted on the outcome.

Just as an update, the saga still continues, and even thou I have all the emails, invoices, communications and even discussions regarding the invoice. Dr. Susanne Marschall of Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, is still saying she never worked with me, or never agreed to the project. What type of values does this show when a person, and not a regular person, someone that places themselves as "Dr. Susanne Marschall" does in the educational system and is attempting to be a Professor ?? Dr. Susanne Marschall is a VERY aggressive and "drama" based person, she will use another person to get what she wants done, and then create as much drama about it as you can even begin to imagine. I have spoken to some lawyers, and they had advised me that since Dr. Susanne Marschall represented to us, that the project was a Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz project, and the emails came from the University, as well all the project documents and invoices were from and to goto the university, my next steps are with the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. On a side note, I have started to speak with people that have dealt with Dr. Susanne Marschall in the past, and most have VERY interesting things to say at the least.
