This is a website that was once called Dragonmatrix. I invested in two products last year and my name hasn't moved since I made the purchases. I've sent them numberous emails asking for a refund of my money to which none of them have been returned. It's a straight line matrix and it doesn't work. They take your money and you don't receive any products nor do the matrices move to show that something is working.

I tried to access the site from a new computer, but it won't open. The site does open for me from my home computer but no one responds when I submit an inquiry.

Please see if you can help. I'm not the only disgruntled investor. No one else's name is moving on their ripoff lists either.

I've been to the web site to take a look at the policy. The policy states they are open for discussion regarding the quality of the product. The homepage details a lot of technical and financial problems, which are soon to be potentially resolved when they get their monies from Pay Pal. This is an area of industry where the nature of the refund can be difficult, because of the ability to make C.D. copies. A person named Ric, says he's been in business for 15 years, but is new to eCommerce. He works 16 hour days, and makes every effort to contact customers. Obviously he has not contacted you. Here is some information you can work with, however the web site encourages customers to use their homepage posted email. You probably already have that one. Again, your billing contact is Mr Joshua Vieira (last name not a typo) Phone: 1-708-898-2206, address: 4800 East Tropicana Avenue, Unit 1089, Las Vegas, NV, 89121. This person is also your Administrative and Technical Contact. His email: [email protected] I suppose there are different ways of purchasing this product. You can go through Ebay.com or shop retail at Walmart and find it. Ric is also known to sell directly to customers, and the web site has separate information for those concerned. I don't know why. The connection between Dragonfire and Dragonmatrix is unclear. I have to say, I have not tried this contact information. The merge between the two does put you at risk for not contacting the right people, in regard to the Dragonmatrix transition. I did not find any mention of this merge at the home page. This information comes from the WHOIS database provided by Network Solutions. "They reserve the right to change the information at any time, and do not garauntee its accuracy." All that you can do is try. I'll take another shot, if they insist they are not the corporation you need. I had no problems accessing the site. Like I said, they have gone through some kind of upheaval, which they are currently trying to straighten out. It was not mentioned where you purchased the product. If it was through a retail store, see if they can offer you a number. They provide manufacturers numbers all the time with no problem. Get back to us if these links are not correct. Hope this helps.
