Dreams Carports Dreamscarports will not bring me my carport or refund my money. Nationwide
I ordered a carport from carport.com and it seems that dreamscarports is the installer for Wyoming. I ordered it on 3/19/16 and 2.5 months later on 5/28/16it was supposed to be delivered and constructed but that day came and went with a no show or phone calls. What gets me is if they were at my house then why didnt they knock on the door? When I called dreams they said the crew was at my house that day and they waited for 2 hours and tried to call me.Which is total BS. I was outside all day and no one with a carport was at my house or called me. So after repeted calls to them and of course they never returned any of my calls. I called carport.com which is the builder of the carport and told them what happened all Sam Darnell could say was I have to go go what the crew says. Then I told her that no one came and the crew was lying and again all she could say was she had to listen to the crew. Then I asked her if they liked having disgruntled customers because what they are doing is wrong and no reply. Bottom line s that dreamscarports should be called nightmarecarports.
