Drive Financial Services ripoff Dallas Texas
Drive Financial is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. They financed my vehicle and at first I was excited about being able to purchase a vehicle but after being with them for two years without missing a payment, I was late on a payment.
That is when the phone calls began, I had spoke with a representative explaing that I would be sending my payment in within that week. The next day I was at work at they called me and I explained to the person that I had spoken to someone already about my payment. The representative told me that I had to have my payment in before the end of the day or they would be placing my account in collections.
He asked me if I could borrow the money from someone, I ended up doing a electronic check over the phone. Ever since then it has been hell with that company, I explained to them that I can not have personal calls on my job. They have called and asked my co-workers where do we park our cars, asking what time do I come into work. I am currently trying to purchase another car so that I can get out of my agreement with them because I can't take the harassment from these rude people. Please do not let a dealer encourage you to finance with this company, you will end up regretting it forever.
